NMC Healthcare organized Health Screening to mark -International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day
NMC Healthcare organized Health Screening at Mednet Insurance on Thursday, 15th March 2012. The screening comprising of Lab investigations, BMI & Physical Examination was only for the Female employees of Mednet Insurance keeping in mind of the last week’s theme - “International Women’s Day” & this week’s theme – “Mothers’ Day”.
Studies have proved that health screening can be invaluable in detecting potentially life-threatening illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes before they can do serious damage.
By giving individuals specific information about the health risks that affect them personally; health screening offers a powerful incentive to take positive action - either to seek treatment or to make changes in the way they live.
