International Nurses Day Celebration in NMC.
NMC Specially Hospital celebrated the International Nurses Day, which is celebrated worldwide on May 12 every year in recognition of Florence Nightingale’s birthday.
Beginning with the lighting of the lamp, the International Nurses day celebrations, started after the welcome address from the Nursing Administrator Dr. Rumana Akhter Khatun.
MD & CEO Mr. B.R. Shetty congratulated all the nursing staff at NMC Specialty Hospital on the occasion. “Nursing is a very noble profession and probably the only profession that puts service before self. Being a nurse requires a great amount of patience and sacrifice and the ability to be sympathetic, empathetic and truly concerned for the sick,” he said.
